Absolutely delicious! The loaded frys (with pulled pork) were fantastic! I had the brisket dinner plate, and that was also delicious! The cornbread that came with it was dense and moist. My two sides were mac n' cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. The sides were mediocre, but the meats were fantastic! I would fully recommend this spot!

Best BBQ around, no contest. Have lived in Thurmont for about a year now and had a coworker tell me to check this place out. Over the top pleased, the food was out of this world good! I got a build your potato with pulled pork and other toppings and it was so good and filling! The pork had an excellent flavor and the brown gravy with it was perfect. Highly recommend getting the onions and mushrooms with it as well. Also got some of their chili and was so good as well. Will have to get some cornbread to go with it next time because there will definitely be a next time. Ordered take out and waited no longer than 5 minutes and the waitresses were very kind and helpful.

Stopped in for lunch, what an awesome little gem! It is family owned, with an amazing history. Everything is made there. Food was delicious, service was friendly & efficient. The owner is super friendly & generous We had the 3 meat platter with brisket, pit beef and turkey. They were all SO GOOD! All cooked just perfectly! Sauces were all hand made & delicious. We had cole slaw and mac & cheese, both delicious and the corn bread was amazing also! We eat out alot across a wide area & it is rare to find a place with not only fabulous bbq but the sauces & sides are also good! We will definitely be back

Fantastic BBQ. The Ruben is one of the best around. Full rack and pulled pork were out of this world. The buffalo wings were a tad too spicy for my kids but I like them. Service was good but we never got drink refills after asking. Prices were very affordable. I do wish people had more decorum when eating at a restaurant, shirts with sleeves, no hats at the table, etc...

Bollinger’s Restaurant and Uncle Dirty’s Brew Works is a hidden gem worth the stop. I had the crispy chicken sandwich—perfectly fried, juicy, and full of flavor—and paired it with their Belgian Blonde Ale, which they brew in-house. The beer was smooth, well-balanced, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while. Everyone in my group tried different beers and loved theirs too. The vibe here is warm and welcoming, and the service (our server was Lauren) was fantastic from start to finish. You can tell they care about what they’re serving, and the menu has something for everyone. Between the great food, house-brewed beer, and friendly atmosphere, this place nails it. Definitely worth coming back for.

Nice selection of craft beers. Beers today included 2 ipas, a porter, a stout, and a sour, among others. Enjoyed the interesting blends such as cherries and peach flavors. Food selection was very good, highly recommend the brisket and wings.

What a blessing! This family restaurant offered us an unforgettable first time experience. Our family had stumbled across this spot on Sunday afternoon in Thurmont. We had no idea they were hosing an "open house". 1st year anniversary of Uncle Dirtys Brew Works. Free food!!!! This blew my mind... our entire family has never experienced a restaurant offering free food. Now to clarify, this was exclusive to the open house. The BBQ was amazing! The beer was amazing! The mixed seasonal drinks were all amazing! The owner and staff were extremely responsible, efficient, and kind. All around professional. They had a huge turnout and even during the ribbon cutting managed to keep all their customers satisfied. It truly feels they elevate the customer/consumer above themselves. Great work and well deserved 5 stars!
